We will not provide any confidential information about our customers to anyone for any reason other than for verified legal reasons.
Potche.com will never knowingly request or collect personal information from any person under 13 years of age without prior verifiable parental consent; if we become aware that an individual is under the age of 13 and has submitted any information to Potche.com for any purpose without prior verifiable parental consent, then we will delete his or her information from our files.

Tell- a-Friend
By using a Potche form, you can refer a friend to our site. You and your friend’s names and e-mail addresses are requested to ensure that your friend will know that you have requested us to send them an invitation to our site. You and your friend’s e-mail addresses will only be used for this purpose unless permission is otherwise granted.
We will give you and each of your friends a $10.00 merchandise gift certificate on your next purchase after your friend(s) makes his/her first purchase of an order of $25.00 or more ( excluding any freight charges).
One certificate per customer per visit. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. They are only redeemable for a store credit for merchandise.
Shipping Cost
Potche offers priority shipping with the U.S. Postal System or 5 day ground delivery via UPS for $ 8.85 per destination per order.
Overnight delivery is available and the cost for such service will be priced at the time the order is placed.
On orders of $75.00 or more per destination, shipping is free to that destination. [ This only applies to delivery within the Continental USA.]
Return/Refund
If you are not happy, we are not happy. Please call us with any problem and we will do our best to remedy it. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the item, Unused and with all of its contents and packaging to us within 30 days along with your invoice and the reason for your return and we will promptly replace it or refund the purchase price that you paid for the item.
Shipping & handling cost & promotional certificates will not be refunded, only the price that you paid for the product will be refunded.
Gift certificates are only redeemable for store credit for merchandise.
Potche is not responsible for any item lost or damaged while the item is in transit to us.
We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from us. We do not accept returns of :
a] any item that has not been returned within 30 days after delivery
b] any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts and/or instructions, and original packaging.
c] any CD or cassette tape or book that has been opened ( taken out of the plastic wrap)
d] any candle(s) that have been heated or burned
e] any item that was custom made for you or special ordered for you.
f] any item received damaged unless it is reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
A replacement, an adjustment, or a refund will be issued at our discretion.
Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds or credits for non-qualifying items and we can not return these items to you.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of the payment originally used to purchase the item. Refunds will be issued 14 days after we receive the item back.
BACK-ORDERS
Any item that is on "back-order" will not be charged to your credit card until it is ready to be shipped to you. If this item is ready to be shipped in less than 30 days from the date that it was originally ordered, we will automatically charge your credit card that is on file and ship the product. If this item was ordered more than 30 days prior to our being able to ship it to you, then we will first notify you by e-mail and you will have the right not to purchase the item. We will then require a positive reply from you before we will ship the item.
