By using a Potche form, you can refer a friend to our site. You and your friend's names and e-mail addresses are requested to ensure that your friend will know that you have requested us to send them an invitation to our site.  You and your friend's e-mail addresses will only be used for this purpose unless permission is otherwise granted.

We will give you and each of your friends a $10.00 merchandise gift certificate on your next purchase after your friend(s) makes his/her first purchase of an order of $25.00 or more. [excluding freight charges]. 

One certificate per customer per visit.  Gift certificates are only redeemable for mechandise, not for cash.
